The role requires extensive experience in enterprise architecture, SDLC, and agile practices, with a focus on delivering architecture views and ensuring adherence to TMNAS standards across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• 8-10 years of experience in software, data & information systems, or solution architecture.
• Minimum of 5 years of solution design and development in a specific technology area.
• Insurance industry P&C experience is preferred.
• Ability to translate business needs into IT solutions and articulate options.
• Strong SDLC knowledge with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to present complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Architect solutions in a specific technology area and align with business goals.
• Develop strategic roadmaps to support business strategies and IT partnership.
• Communicate and implement the organization's technology architecture.
• Collaborate with management to determine business requirements.
• Evaluate new technologies and guide usage in projects.
• Create architectural artifacts and diagrams (application, deployment, dataflow).
• Lead and review designs for compliance with TMNAS standards.
