Job summary

TMEIC Corporation Americas in the United States is seeking a Project Manager to lead and manage matrix teams through a typical 1–2 year project cycle, coordinating resources from the parent company and suppliers.

You will ensure contracts are met, assess risks, and act as the client’s single point of contact while driving improvements across project execution and sales processes. Travel 25% will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant experience.
• 2 years of project management in electrical/automation for heavy industries.
• Strong commercial negotiation skills.
• Financial acumen for sound business decisions.
• Proven ability to build client and supplier relationships.
• Leadership, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional project teams across parent company and suppliers.
• Ensure client commitments per contract terms.
• Assess and mitigate project risks to meet budgets.
• Serve as single point of contact for clients.
• Identify and communicate issue resolutions.
• Collect and report project data to management.
• Provide updates on project performance and status.
• Identify process improvements for sales and execution.
• Maintain records per corporate guidelines.
