Job summary

Integrated Power Services (IPS) is hiring a Project Manager Level II in Pasadena, TX. You will oversee moderately complex projects, ensuring quality, safety, and budget adherence while serving as the main liaison to clients and stakeholders.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams to streamline delivery and drive continuous improvement across programs. The role offers opportunities to develop leadership skills, manage budgets, and implement efficient processes in a dynamic energy services

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in project management or coordination.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of NEC standards, OSHA regulations, and environmental compliance.
• Experience in project estimating and familiarity with quoting and takeoff processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage mid-sized projects, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality.
• Act as primary contact for customer communication during project execution.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with timelines and budgets.
• Perform estimating tasks and input information into the quoting system.
• Oversee key project tasks and assign responsibilities to team members.
• Generate detailed reports on project status and metrics for stakeholders.
• Maintain project schedules, risk logs, and required documentation.
• Ensure safety standards compliance and environmental considerations.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with customers, contractors, and engineers to resolve challenges.
