You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, act as the main client contact, and drive on-time delivery with clear communication and accountability. Qualifications

• 2-4 years of project management or coordination experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and PM software.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and specs.
• Knowledge of NEC, OSHA, and environmental compliance.
• Experience in project estimating and quoting/takeoff.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in CM, business, or related field.
• PM certifications such as PMP or CAPM are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead mid-sized projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Act as the primary contact for customer communication during project execution.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines and budgets.
• Perform estimating tasks and input information into the quoting system.
• Oversee key project tasks and assign responsibilities to team members.
• Generate detailed reports on project status and metrics for stakeholders.
• Maintain project schedules, risk logs, and all other required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and sustainability practices.
