• Serve as a primary point of contact to coordinate genomics and multi‑omics projects, serving as a navigator for investigators and external partners, and ensuring smooth operational execution.
• Set up meetings, maintain calendars, and facilitate communication among investigators, core directors, and external partners.
• Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring timelines and expectations are met.
• Assist with pricing, service quotes, and support for service agreements.
• Coordinate access to multi‑omics platforms and genomics capabilities available through external vendors.
• Support intake, scoping, and documentation of new genomics projects.
• Maintain project records, data tracking sheets, and status summaries for leadership.
