The University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point is seeking a Project Manager II to lead complex advancement initiatives, maintain and update procedure manuals, manage data, and provide overall operational support for the University Advancement team.
Reporting to the Advancement Director, the role will oversee project plans, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, manage vendors, and drive efficiency across the unit while ensuring timely reports and compliance.

This position reports directly to the Director of Advancement and is responsible for special projects, maintaining and updating procedure manuals, data management and overall operational support.
This position will manage and evaluate advancement workflow and efficiency of operations for the unit. Represents the unit to internal and external stakeholders to ensure success of advancement efforts. In conjunction with the Advancement Director leads special projects, implements and takes on special tasks as assigned.

The mission of the UWSP University Advancement Department is to strengthen relationships with university stakeholders and manage engagement by telling the UWSP Story and fundraising activities to secure resources and support for the university’s mission and vision.
University Advancement works to increase the resources available to the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point by generating philanthropic interests and volunteer support.
Advancement oversees activities of the UWSP Alumni Association, Major Gift Officers, development and the UWSP Foundation.
The Project Manager is a full-time, salaried, exempt, annual (12-month), academic staff position.
Well-qualified candidates can expect a starting annual salary within a range of $75,610 - $80,000 commensurate with the candidate’s education, related experience, and qualifications. Relocation assistance may be available.
