Job summary

MIRATECH Corporation seeks a Project Manager to coordinate and lead emission control system projects from scope through delivery. You will manage budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams including Engineering, Production, Sales and Customers to ensure successful turnkey or equipment-only installations.

The role requires strong communication, detail orientation, and the ability to travel 5–15% as needed. A BA/BS in a relevant field and 0–4 years PM experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a relevant major from an accredited college/university.
• 0-4 years prior project management experience or equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Able to travel 5-15%.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand Customer and MIRATECH contract documents in detail and ensure mutual compliance.
• Attend internal coordination and kick-off meetings at the beginning of projects.
• Proactively communicate with Customer regarding scope, schedule, commercial, and technical details.
• Become familiar with the MIRATECH product line and processes.
• Work with Sales, Engineering, and Production on preparation of project budget and track actual vs. budget costs through project lifecycle.
• Identify potential issues early and resolve with relevant parties to avoid escalations.
• Manage scope changes that affect schedule, cost, or revenue.
• Schedule and lead project meetings and produce minutes/action items.
• Coordinate start-up/commissioning with Customer and Technical Services.
