Job summary

MIRATECH is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate and manage MIRATECH projects for the supply and implementation of emission control systems. Some projects are equipment-only; others are turnkey with installation responsibility by MIRATECH.

You will lead internal meetings, monitor budgets, ensure contract compliance, and communicate with customers. Travel of 5-15% is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Windows and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
• Familiar with creating/maintaining Gantt Chart-style project schedules.
• Detail oriented while able to look at the 'big picture' of a project and Customer relationship.
• Customer focused.
• Ability to manage multiple small to medium sized projects at a time.
• Able to travel 5-15%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage MIRATECH projects for emission control systems.
• Attend internal coordination and kick-off meetings.
• Proactively communicate with Customer regarding scope, schedule, commercial, and technical details.
• Become familiar with MIRATECH product line and processes.
• Work with Sales, Engineering, and Production on project budget and track costs and revenues.
• Identify issues early and resolve with appropriate parties to avoid escalations.
• Manage scope changes affecting schedule, cost, and revenue.
• Schedule and lead project meetings and produce minutes and action items.
• Attend Customer project meetings in person or via teleconference.
• Coordinate start-up/commissioning with Customer and Technical Services.
• Review project submittals prior to delivery to Customer.
• Provide regular reports on project status to internal and external Customers.
• Manage the flow of documents to Customer for consistency and timeliness.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors with MIRATECH production team.
• Coordinate and lead warranty resolution for projects.
• Other duties as assigned.
