Job summary

MIRATECH is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate and manage emission control systems projects. Some are equipment-only; others are turnkey installations where MIRATECH handles installation.

You will work with Sales, Engineering, and Production to prepare budgets, monitor costs, and ensure milestones are met. Travel of 5–15% is expected as projects require collaboration with Customers.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Windows and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
• Familiar with creating/maintaining Gantt Chart-style project schedules.
• Detail oriented while able to see the big picture of a project and customer relationship.
• Ability to manage multiple small to medium sized projects at a time.

Responsibilities

• Understand Customer and MIRATECH contract documents in detail and ensure mutual compliance.
• Attend internal coordination and kick-off meetings at the beginning of projects.
• Proactively communicate with Customer regarding scope, schedule, commercial, and technical details.
• Become familiar with MIRATECH product lines and processes.
• Prepare project budgets with Sales, Engineering, and Production and track actual vs. budget costs with accounting support.
• Identify issues early and coordinate with Customer, Engineering, Production, and Sales to resolve before escalation.
• Manage scope changes affecting schedule, cost, or revenue.
• Schedule and lead project meetings and produce meeting minutes and action items.
