Job summary

Miratechcorp in Tulsa, Oklahoma seeks a Project Manager to coordinate and manage emission control system projects, including turnkey installations. You will work with Sales, Engineering, Production, and Customers to ensure scope, schedule and budget alignment.

The role requires 3–7 years of PM experience, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and Gantt scheduling. Travel up to 20% is expected; a collaborative, results-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a relevant major from an accredited college/university.
• 3-7 years prior project management experience or equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage MIRATECH projects for emission control systems, including turnkey installations.
• Attend internal coordination and kick-off meetings at the start of projects.
• Proactively communicate with Customers on scope, schedule, commercial and technical details.
• Familiarize with MIRATECH product line and processes.
• Assist Sales and Engineering with proposal reviews for compliance.
• Prepare project budgets and track costs/revenues through lifecycle.
• Identify and resolve issues early with Customers, Engineering, Production, Sales, etc.
• Manage scope changes affecting schedule, cost, revenue.
• Schedule and lead project meetings and document minutes.
• Attend Customer meetings in person or via teleconference.
• Coordinate start-up/commissioning with Customer and Technical Services.
• Review submittals before delivery to Customer.
• Provide regular project status reports to internal/external Customers.
• Manage document flow to Customer for consistency.
• Coordinate subcontractors with MIRATECH production.
• Lead warranty resolution for projects.
• Other duties as assigned.
