Job summary

MIRATECH seeks an experienced Project Manager to coordinate and manage emission control systems projects in Tulsa, overseeing multiple PMs and collaborating with engineering, production, sales, and customers to deliver on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include contract review, kickoff meetings, scope and milestone communication, budget preparation and tracking, change management, and coordination of start-up with Technical Services. Travel of 10–20% expected.

Qualifications

• Strong project management experience, prefer 10+ years in construction/installation projects.
• BS in a relevant major (science or engineering preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to coordinate across multiple groups.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage MIRATECH projects for emission control systems.
• Lead and support multiple Project Managers; attend customer and internal meetings.
• Review contracts and ensure compliance; manage budgets and track costs and revenues.
• Prepare project budgets and monitor scope, schedule, and changes.
• Coordinate start-up/commissioning with Customer and Technical Services; provide project documentation.
• Produce regular status reports to customers and internal stakeholders.
