• Prepares detailed statements of work with work breakdown structures and gains concurrence from stakeholders.
• Manages project costs and profitability; monitors risks and implements mitigation.
• Reviews and approves subcontractor invoices and ensures timely payment.
• Builds and maintains strong client relationships and ensures client satisfaction.
