Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years of related experience.
• PMP/CCM/DBIA certification within 12 months of hire.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent related experience considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Creates project definitions, schedules, budgets and objectives for projects.
• Prepares statements of work with work breakdown structures and stakeholder concurrence.
• Assesses project risk and outlines mitigation solutions.
• Ensures adherence to PM policies and practices.
• Manages costs and ensures profitability.
• Reviews subcontractor/vendor invoices and ensures timely payments.
• Monitors project status and risks, escalating as needed.
• Plans and conducts resource staffing and procurement.
• Communicates deadlines and objectives clearly to the team.
• Coaches staff and maintains strong client relationships.
• Identifies opportunities for change orders and repeat business.
