• 14 years of relevant experience required, including 13 years in project management; 16 years without a degree.
• Advanced proficiency in project management standards and execution.

Responsibilities

• Leads high-risk, business-critical or strategically significant projects with full autonomy.
• Oversees development of complex proposals and contracts; drives pricing and negotiates terms with senior clients.
• Owns client relationship strategy and represents firm leadership.
• Directs financial strategy across project lifecycle and forecasts long-term impacts.
• Ensures quality standards and manages complex consultant ecosystems and partnerships.
