Rexel USA is seeking a Project Manager I to oversee low complexity projects in East Boise, ID. You will manage orders, track shipments, and bill customers while maintaining clear communication with customers, sales, and vendors.

This role emphasizes timely pricing, quotations, and collaboration to optimize project profitability. You will interface with leadership to align on vendors, requirements, and documentation, ensuring accurate terms and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of quotation, project management, or customer service experience.
• Experience in electrical distribution industry preferred.
• High School or GED — Required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of low profile/complex projects.
• Communicate to the customer, expedite OS&Ds and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Read through all Purchase Orders to understand requirements and ensure terms are correct.
• Work with sales and vendors to obtain additional margin when possible.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and sales teams on pricing, order placement, claims and returns to meet expectations.
• Expedite backorders to maximize fill rates and satisfaction.
• Manage the delivery schedule, product quality, information updates and back charges.
• Receive day-to-day requests from the project as well as large packages from the Quotation team.
• Provide timely price quotations, requotes, and/or proposals with leadership support.
• Determine vendors and purchase requirements to improve profitability.
• Coordinate with project team for documentation such as O&M manuals, Test Reports, submittal packages, and Certificates of Compliance.
