Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Project Manager - Electrical Distribution to join the Orlando, FL on-site team. You will manage project orders, track shipments, and ensure accurate billing while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities include coordinating with sales and vendors, expediting OS&Ds, reviewing Purchase Orders, and driving project profitability through pricing and supplier negotiations.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• 1+ years of quotation, project management, or customer service experience
• Experience in electrical distribution industry preferred
• High School or GED required

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of low profile/complex projects.
• Communicate with customer, expedite OS&Ds and resolve issues promptly.
• Read through Purchase Orders to understand requirements and ensure terms are correct.
• Work with sales and vendors to obtain additional margin when possible.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and sales teams on pricing, order placement, claims and returns to meet customer expectations.
• Expedite backorders to maximize fill rates and customer satisfaction.
• Manage delivery schedule, product quality, information updates and back charges.
