Qualifications

• 3+ years of quotation, project management, and customer service experience.
• Experience in electrical distribution industry HIGHLY preferred
• High School or GED - Required

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of low profile/complex projects
• Communicate to the customer, expedite OS&Ds and resolve customer issues promptly
• Read through all Purchase Orders to understand requirements and ensure terms are correct
• Work with sales and vendors to obtain additional margin when possible
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and sales teams on pricing, order placement, claims and returns
• Expedite backorders to maximize fill rates and customer satisfaction
• Manage the delivery schedule, product quality, information updates and back charges
• Receive day-to-day requests from the project and large packages from Quotation team
• Provide timely price quotations, requotes, and/or proposals with leadership
• Determine vendors and purchasing needs to improve project profitability
• Coordinate documentation requirements (O&M manuals, Test Reports, submittal packages)
