Job summary

Rexel USA in Anaheim, CA is seeking a Project Manager II to oversee moderate complexity projects, coordinate orders, track shipments, and ensure accurate billing while maintaining strong customer relationships. You will collaborate with sales and vendors to maximize margins, communicate clearly with customers, and manage essential documentation such as POs, quotes, and certificates of compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quotation, project management, or customer service experience.
• Experience in electrical distribution industry preferred.
• High School or GED - Required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of moderate profile/complex projects that require product knowledge.
• Communicate to the customer, expedite OS&Ds and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Read through Purchase Orders to understand requirements and ensure terms are correct.
• Work with sales and vendors to obtain additional margin when possible.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and sales teams on pricing, order placement, claims and returns to meet customer expectations.
• Expedite backorders to maximize fill rates and customer satisfaction.
• Manage delivery schedule, product quality, information updates, and back charges.
• Receive day-to-day requests from the project and large packages from the Quotation team.
• Provide timely price quotations, requotes, and/or proposals.
• Determine vendors and purchase requirements for pricing advantages and substitutions to improve profitability.
• Coordinate with project team for documentation such as O&M manuals, Test Reports, submittal packages, and Certificates of Compliance.
