Job summary

You will read purchase orders, coordinate with sales teams, manage backorders, and provide timely quotations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of quotation, project management, or customer service experience.
• Experience in electrical distribution industry preferred
• High School or GED - Required
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to read Purchase Orders and understand terms
• Must be detail oriented and organized

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of low profile/complex projects.
• Communicate with the customer, expedite OS&Ds and resolve issues promptly.
• Read Purchase Orders to understand requirements and verify terms.
• Work with sales and vendors to obtain additional margin where possible.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and sales on pricing, orders, claims, and accounting.
• Expedite backorders to maximize fill rates and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate documentation such as O&M manuals, test reports, submittals, and certificates of compliance.
