Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking an EPC Project Manager to join our Rexel USA team REMOTE! The role manages highly complex construction projects, coordinates with customers, sales teams, and vendors, and ensures timely communications and project success.

You will establish KPIs, tracking dashboards, and issue trackers, while expediting orders and maintaining margin where possible. The position requires 7+ years in project management or related fields and a strong electrical distribution knowledge base.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of quotation, project management, or customer service experience.
• Experience in electrical distribution industry preferred.
• High School or GED – Required

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of onsite high profile/complex construction projects that require a high level of product knowledge.
• Establish KPIs and project dashboards, tracking methods, and issue trackers.
• Communicate with customers, expedite OS&Ds and resolve issues promptly.
• Review Purchase Orders for requirements and terms.
• Collaborate with sales and vendors to improve margin.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and sales on pricing, orders, claims, and returns.
• Expedite backorders to maximize fill rates and customer satisfaction.
• Work with project teams to optimize inventory and mitigate excess.
• Ensure site safety requirements are met.
• Provide timely price quotations and proposals.
• Develop relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Coordinate documentation such as O&M manuals and test reports.
