Job summary

Legacy Mechanical & Energy Services Inc. in San Ramon, CA is seeking a Project Manager (HVAC) to lead both business development and project execution.

This role goes beyond traditional PM duties: you will own projects, build client relationships, develop estimates, drive opportunities, and coordinate with field teams, engineering, vendors, and subcontractors to deliver HVAC projects on time and within budget. Five+ years of industry experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC or mechanical projects (or GC projects).
• Ability to develop business and maintain key client relationships.
• Strong financial and operational mindset.
