Job summary

LVI Associates in the Bay Area is seeking an HVAC Project Manager to lead HVAC/plumbing construction projects from client engagement to project completion, coordinating with engineering, purchasing, accounting, and service teams.

The role requires 5+ years of HVAC/plumbing project experience, strong leadership and client-facing skills, and the ability to manage budgets, schedules and profitability; includes a clear path to a Project Executive role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing HVAC and/or plumbing construction projects.
• Experience overseeing projects ranging from $50K to $25M+ in value.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience leading estimating, contracts, change orders, and client communications.
• Collaborative ability with multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Summary:

A growing mechanical contracting firm is seeking an HVAC Project Manager to join their team in the Bay Area. This position offers the opportunity to lead HVAC construction projects from initial client engagement through project completion, working closely with engineering, construction, purchasing, accounting, and service teams. The ideal candidate will have experience managing HVAC and/or plumbing construction projects, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to oversee project budgets, schedules, and profitability.

The HVAC Project Manager will be responsible for:
