LeoForce seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead HVAC, plumbing, sheet metal, and process piping projects in the San Jose market from preconstruction to closeout. You will manage multiple projects, coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure safe, high‑quality, on‑time, and on‑budget delivery.

Open to Senior PM and Project Executive levels, the role requires 5+ years in commercial or industrial construction, plus technical knowledge of HVAC sheet metal,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Commercial or Industrial Construction Manager.
• Technical knowledge of HVAC sheet metal, hydronic piping, refrigerant piping, and related equipment.
• Experience with large MEP projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial and industrial process projects from kickoff through closeout, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, schedule, and cost control.
• Serve as the primary client contact, building strong relationships through proactive communication and effective problem-solving.
• Translate project scope, schedules, and technical requirements into clear direction for field leadership and subcontractors.
• Develop and manage project financials, including scopes of work, schedules of values, labor budgets, and cost tracking.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving technical, schedule, or cost challenges as they arise.
• Uphold company safety and quality standards on every project and jobsite.

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead HVAC, plumbing, architectural sheet metal, and process piping projects in the San Jose market. This pivotal role oversees projects from preconstruction to closeout, collaborating with field teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure safe, high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, drive financial performance, support forecasting, and contribute to a collaborative, safety-first culture while working across various delivery models, including Design Build, Plan & Specification, Design Assist, and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD).
