Job summary

The University of Delaware seeks a Project Manager to support a newly funded FRA grant titled the HTL Center, handling administrative duties and project logistics for a large, multi-institution collaboration.

The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners, preparing reports, and managing travel, stipends, and training logistics to ensure timely milestones and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least four years of related experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Meet regularly with the UD project team to discuss tasks, deliverables, and milestones.
• Prepare reports and paperwork per grant requirements (quarterly reports, final report, internal UD reporting, close-out).
• Coordinate attendees and logistics for training sessions and workshops (reservations, lodging, transportation, agendas, materials).
• Interface with grant partners including ENSCO and university partners.
• Provide documentation and support for travel reimbursements, stipends, honorariums, certificates.
• Act as liaison between project team and Research Office as needed.
• Coordinate and submit approval of complete proposal package using Cayuse or other programs.
• Ensure required documentation is provided to the University when requested.
• Coordinate with University IT to update HTL Center website and data repository.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
