Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and four years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • High level of independent judgment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, in oral and written form, with a wide range of constituents.
  • Ability to develop, plan, and implement short- and long-range goals.
  • Ability to work independently, strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to interact well with people of all ages and diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to interpret, adapt and apply guidelines and procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Grant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Meet regularly with the UD project team to discuss tasks, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Assist in preparing reports and paperwork per grant requirements.
  • Coordinate attendees and logistics for training sessions and workshops.
  • Interface with grant partners and university partners.
  • Provide documentation and support for travel reimbursements, stipends, and certificates.
  • Act as liaison between project team and Research Office as needed.
  • Coordinate submission of proposal packages using Cayuse or other programs.
  • Ensure required documentation is provided to the University when requested.
  • Coordinate with UD IT to update HTL Center website and data repository.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
