Job summary

Platinum Global Talent Solutions Ltd. seeks a Grant Compliance Manager for the Hudson Tunnel Project (HTP) to oversee federal grant compliance and coordinate with FRA, FTA, and PMOC.

You will lead program and project meetings, review grant requirements, and manage audit readiness for this landmark infrastructure program. The role requires extensive knowledge of federal grant regulations, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with large public sector grants and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public administration, finance, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in grant compliance for large infrastructure projects.
• Deep knowledge of federal grant regulations (FTA/FRA/USDOT).
• Experience with audits, grant reporting, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal grant programs including FRA Circular 5010.1E, Common Rules (2 CFR 200) and FTA's Capital Programs.
• Research and review grant guidelines; prepare concise information for GDC; compare with policies and propose revisions.
• Support GDC with federal/state audits; collect and organize requested materials.
• Interface with GDC's technical, financial, and admin offices for Triennial Review materials.
• Update SOPs for compliance with federal grant regulations.
