Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years minimum experience on heavy civil projects.
• Experience using multiple project documents to meet build requirements.
• PM, CM, or QC roles on large power/civil projects.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with HCSS software or willingness to be trained.
• Experience with Microsoft Project.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-driven.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work long hours and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• New project planning & coordination among internal departments, subcontractors, and clients.
• Proper tracking of project completion, daily production rates, materials, equipment usage, changes to conditions, etc.
• Understand the scope of work, terminology, and project documents.
• Read, interpret, understand, and recognize project specifications and project drawings. Utilize all documents to construct the project per design.
• Schedule building and maintenance.
• AP invoice review/approval.
• Monthly billings.
• Timecard review/approval.
• Budget review and understanding.
• Budget maintenance during construction.
• Project projections (material, productivity, manpower, equipment).
• Relationship building (internal/external).
