Job summary

R-2 Contractors, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for heavy civil underground utility-scale power and dry utilities projects. This on-site position offers opportunities in Gilbert, AZ or Prineville, OR with about 20% travel.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years minimum experience working on heavy civil projects.
• Experience using project documents to meet building requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate new projects across departments, subs, and clients.
• Track project progress, materials, equipment, and changes.
• Interpret project documents and ensure work aligns with designs.
• Read and apply project specifications and drawings to build per design.
• Schedule creation and maintenance; monitor monthly billings and timecards.
• Assist with budgets, projections, and resource planning.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
