Job summary

R-2 Contractors, INC is seeking a Project Manager for heavy civil underground utility-scale power and dry utility projects. This role leads planning, coordination, and execution across internal teams and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of PM/CM/QC experience on large power projects, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with HeavyJob, HeavyBid, and MS Project. Travel up to 20% is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years minimum experience in heavy civil projects.
• Experience in PM/CM or QC roles on large-scale power projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan projects and coordinate among internal departments, subcontractors, and clients.
• Track project completion, production rates, materials, and changes.
• Read and interpret project documents and drawings to construct per design.
• Schedule building and maintenance; manage monthly billings and timecards.
• Assist with budgets and project projections; build relationships with stakeholders.
