Job summary

SL Recruit is seeking a Healthcare Focused Project Manager for its South Florida office to oversee healthcare construction projects across South Florida. The role emphasizes occupied spaces, imaging centers, ASC, and FSED experiences, delivering projects from pre-con to close-out with strong coordination among stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of PM experience in mid-scale commercial builds, proficient use of Procore or Bluebeam, and a Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience.
• Experience with Healthcare projects preferred: Occupied Spaces, Imaging Centers, ASC, FSED.
• Proficiency in construction management software (Bluebeam, Procore, or similar).
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience preferably with mid-scale commercial new builds and renovations - $1M-$15M+
• Experience with Healthcare projects preferred: Occupied Spaces, Imaging Centers, ASC, FSED
• Proficiency in construction management software (such as Bluebeam, Procore, or similar)
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; relevant certifications are a plus
