Job summary

M-Team Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, high-profile healthcare construction projects across the region. The role demands strong general contracting or construction management experience and a proven track record delivering healthcare facilities.

You will oversee schedules, budgets, and teams, coordinate with architects, engineers, and owners, and ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction on every phase from preconstruction to closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of general contracting or construction management experience.
• Experience with healthcare projects valued at $10M+.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, procurement, controls, and cost management.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to work across the regional market.

Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout and owner acceptance.
• Develop and manage schedules, budgets, logistics plans, cash flow, and manpower projections.
• Lead bidding and procurement activities, including subcontractor negotiations.
• Manage subcontractors, architects, engineers, consultants, owners, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project costs, changes, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, constructability reviews, and project documentation.
• Coordinate MEP systems and BIM/coordination processes.
• Lead project meetings and maintain strong client communication.
• Drive jobsite safety, quality, schedule, and project performance.
• Manage inspections, punch lists, closeout, and agency acceptance.
• Support business development, proposals, presentations, and client relationships.
