Job summary

SL Recruit is seeking a Project Manager for healthcare construction in Jacksonville, FL to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 2 years focused on healthcare project.
• Proven success managing occupied facility renovations, hospital expansions, or medical office buildout.
• Experience delivering projects ranging from $1M–$15M.
