Responsibilities

• Deliver healthcare construction projects through strong process, scheduling, and project controls.
• Manage projects and lead teams on hospitals, medical office buildings, and clinical facilities.
• Communicate effectively with owners, architects and engineers.
• Coordinate projects in occupied healthcare environments with minimal disruption to patient care.
• Support the preconstruction team and business development efforts in healthcare.
• Lead meetings such as OAC and monthly project status reviews.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control, and life safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities will Include:

• Deliver successful healthcare construction projects through strong process, scheduling, and project controls
• Manage projects and lead teams on hospitals, medical office buildings, and clinical facilities
• Communicate effectively with owners, architects and engineers
• Coordinate projects in occupied healthcare environments, ensuring minimal disruption to patient care
• Support of the preconstruction team
• Support business development efforts including RFP responses and client interviews in the healthcare sector
• Lead meetings such as OAC and monthly project status reviews
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control (ICRA), and life safety requirements (ILSM)

Who are You?

You should possess the following qualifications for this role:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field
• Minimum 8+ years of construction experience with strong healthcare project experience required
• Proven experience with:
  • Hospital renovations and expansions
  • Work in occupied/active healthcare environments
• Experience managing phasing, infection control measures, and complex MEP systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams in highly regulated environments
• Ability to support and grow healthcare client relationships and business development efforts
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good client management skills and ability to lead teams through the preconstruction and construction process, especially with healthcare systems and facility teams
