Leading General Contractors are hiring Senior Project Managers to lead large-scale ground-up healthcare projects including hospitals, medical towers, surgical centers, specialty care facilities, and complex campus expansions.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle: preconstruction, buyout, construction, activation, closeout
• Manage budgets, cost reports, contracts, change orders, forecasting, and cash flow
• Drive master schedule with Superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants
• Lead owner meetings with healthcare systems, developers, architects, and user groups
• Oversee Project Managers, Project Engineers, and field teams
• Manage procurement of long-lead MEP, medical equipment coordination, elevators, generators, and critical systems
• Ensure safety, quality, infection control, AHJ compliance, and milestone delivery
• Coordinate structural, architectural, MEP, low voltage, nurse call, med gas, and specialty scopes
• Manage commissioning, testing, punchlist, turnover, occupancy, and warranty phases
• Maintain operations planning for phased builds, renovations adjacent to active facilities, and campus logistics

Requirements

• 8+ years in Project Management with GC experience
• Experience in hospitals, healthcare campuses, MOBs, surgical centers, or technically complex institutional projects
• Strong commercial acumen: budgets, GMP, buyout, contracts, forecasting, and change orders
• Knowledge of healthcare MEP systems, med gas, emergency power, life safety, and regulatory requirements
• Proven leadership of large teams and complex ground-up projects
• Strong client-facing communication with owners, architects, consultants, and end users
• Experience managing schedules in active campus environments or phased construction preferred
