Job summary

Construction Irish - USA is seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial interiors and tenant-fit-out work in Manhattan. This field-facing GC role focuses on full-cycle delivery from buyout through closeout in occupied buildings.

You will manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and change orders for lump-sum and GMP projects, while coordinating with supers, trades, architects, and building management on tight timelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience with a general contractor
• Direct interiors / commercial fit-out experience (office, retail, hospitality, or similar TI)
• Comfort running work in Manhattan: logistics, after-hours, occupied floors, building rules
• Strong command of contracts, SOVs, RFIs, submittals, and pay apps
• Procore (or similar) plus Bluebeam and Microsoft Office
• Ability to be on site in Manhattan regularly

Compensation

Base salary $130,000–$155,000, depending on interiors GC experience.
