• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Procore, or similar construction management platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work on-site and travel to job sites throughout New York City as needed

COMPENSATION: $130,000-$160,000 base salary (depending on experience)

A leading, middle market general contractor, specializing in commercial interiors projects upwards of $5M, is looking for a Lead Project Manager, as they continue to win work and are growing immensely over the next 24 months.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Project Manager will work closely with Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents and upper management to assist in the planning, coordination, and administration of commercial and residential interior projects. This individual will be responsible for project oversight, establishing budgets, coordinating detailed monthly reports to track progress, budget and any foreseeable challenges along with proposed solutions for the client.
