Job summary

ProSource Group is seeking two experienced Project Managers for its New York City interiors team. Based in NYC, you will manage commercial interiors projects from award through closeout, coordinating budgets, procurement and subcontractors while maintaining schedule and client communication across the five boroughs.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of PM experience with a GC, a strong grasp of schedules, budgets and risk management, and a track record delivering interiors projects above $10M.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of Project Management experience with a general contractor.
• Demonstrable experience managing commercial interiors projects valued above $10m.
• Strong understanding of project schedules, budgets, procurement, change management and subcontractor coordination.
• Able to work between office and project sites across the five boroughs.
• Clear communication skills and confidence dealing with clients, consultants and trade partners.
• Commercial interiors experience is strongly preferred.
• Candidates from adjacent GC sectors will be considered where they can demonstrate comparable project ownership.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project financial performance and provide clear reporting to senior leadership.
• Support project closeout, punch-list completion, turnover documentation and final account activity.

Project Manager (New York City / General Contractor)

Role Overview

An established New York City general contractor is seeking two experienced Project Managers to join its commercial interiors team. The business delivers projects throughout the five boroughs, with active assignments generally ranging from $15m-$30m.

This is an office/site-based role for a commercially minded Project Manager who can take ownership of complex interiors work from preconstruction and procurement through delivery, closeout and client handover.

Reporting to senior leadership, the successful candidates will work closely with site teams, clients, consultants and subcontractors to maintain programme, budget, quality and communication across live projects.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $150,000-$200,000, depending on experience.
• Benefits include medical contribution, PTO, 401(k)
