Cityscape Recruitment USA is seeking a Project Manager for Construction Interiors in New York City. The role focuses on leading high-end interior fit-outs, workplace renovations, and tenant improvements across Manhattan and the broader NYC market.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience with commercial interior General Contractors and demonstrate strong communication and leadership capabilities to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager for Commercial Interior General Contractors in New York City.
• Strong construction interiors project experience.
• Experience managing commercial interior fit-out and renovation projects.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple Construction Interiors projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Managing Construction Interiors projects from preconstruction through completion
• Coordinating subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and day-to-day Construction Interiors activities
• Running OAC meetings and maintaining client relationships
• Managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Working closely with Superintendents and leadership teams on Construction Interiors projects
• Delivering Construction Interiors projects safely, on schedule, and within budget

A leading Construction Interiors General Contractor is looking to hire a Project Manager to join their growing New York City team due to a strong pipeline of Construction Interiors projects across Manhattan and the wider NYC market.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with Construction Interiors experience to work on high-end commercial interior fit-outs, workplace renovations, tenant improvements, and Construction Interiors projects throughout New York City.
