Job summary

FormativGroup is seeking a senior Salesforce program lead to drive complex implementation and transformation for enterprise clients. This is a remote role within the US with periodic client travel and is open to candidates authorized to work in the US and residing in listed states.

You will oversee the full lifecycle, coordinate with solution architects and delivery teams, and ensure successful deployment across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, including integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing enterprise Salesforce projects in consulting or professional services.
• 8+ years leading Agile software delivery with client-facing consulting experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management for complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle including scope, timeline, budget, resources, risk, and escalations.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, analysts, and QA teams to deliver across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrations.
