Job summary

Singer Equipment Company, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to drive successful execution of foodservice equipment projects. You will own projects from award to closeout, coordinating with owners, GCs, consultants, manufacturers, and internal teams to meet schedule and budget constraints.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to read construction drawings and contract documents and manage submittals, procurement, and field support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• 1-2 years of prior project management experience.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and contract documents.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Ability to work with customers, contractors, consultants, manufacturers, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from contract award through closeout and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with GC, owners, consultants, manufacturers, and internal teams.
• Coordinate submittals, procurement, scheduling, installation coordination, and issue resolution.
• Lead coordination calls and status meetings; monitor schedules for risks and delays.
• Develop, review, and maintain project documentation and tracking systems.
• Manage change orders and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
