Job summary

Executive Recruiting Consultants is seeking a Project Coordinator to support commercial equipment projects for restaurants and hospitality clients. The role focuses on organizing project information, timelines and communications across internal teams and external partners.

You will assist the project manager, set up projects, process orders and coordinate installations, ensuring on‑time delivery and accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating administrative activities for commercial projects.
• Ability to manage project information, timelines and communications.
• Familiarity with purchase orders, change orders and returns processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager on assigned initiatives.
• Coordinate administrative tasks for commercial projects to keep timelines on track.
• Set up projects and manage PO, CO, and product returns in internal systems.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, contractors, vendors and clients on details and installations.
• Monitor orders, shipments and warehouse deliveries; address delays or inventory issues.
• Maintain project documentation including manuals, warranties and punch lists.
• Support closeout activities by organizing final docs and equipment startup inspections.
