Job summary

The Boelter Companies, a supplier of commercial kitchen equipment, is seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to support Project Managers (Sales Team). The role involves coordinating multiple food service equipment installation projects at various stages of construction, interfacing with architects, general contractors and foodservice operators.

Must have an Associate or Bachelor’s degree or 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office;

Qualifications

• Requires Associate or Bachelor's degree or 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of interpersonal skills with poise, tact and diplomacy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with AutoQuotes and SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Working with manufacturers and manufacturer reps to assist in coordinating contract jobs.
• Preparation of price quotes for project jobs.
• Generating purchase orders.
• Assistance with job tracking / acknowledgements.
• Processing change orders & job costs.
• Reviewing contract reports.
• Preparing close out documents.
• Assisting with project audits.
• Assisting with service calls.
