Job summary

Singer Equipment Company is seeking a Project Manager in the Oklahoma City area to lead foodservice equipment projects from contract award through closeout. You will coordinate with owners, general contractors, consultants, and manufacturers to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this client-facing role. The right candidate will manage submittals, procurement, scheduling, installation coordination, and project closeout,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2 years project management experience in construction or food service equipment preferred.
• 2 years experience reading construction drawings and using AutoQuote 360.
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors and in-house personnel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Procore.
• Valid driver's license and strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from contract award through closeout.
• Serve as primary contact with general contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Coordinate submittals, procurement, scheduling, and installation.
• Lead status meetings and monitor schedules for risks and delays.
• Maintain project documentation and tracking systems.
• Manage change orders and project costs to protect profitability.
• Represent Singer Equipment in meetings and with customers.
