Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager in a general contracting role.
• Experience in retail and food & beverage/cold storage projects strongly preferred.
• Basic knowledge of all construction trades and ability to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet budget, schedule, quality, and safety goals.
• Oversee budgeting, purchasing, cost control, and scheduling.
• Manage subcontractors and foster strong working relationships.
