Job summary

Catamount Constructors in the United States seeks a Project Manager to oversee the financial and logistical success of building projects. You will partner with Architects, Engineers, and Owners to keep projects on budget and within scope.

Responsibilities include maintaining contract documentation, logging updates, coordinating buyouts, supporting the Superintendent’s schedule, and leading owner-architect-contractor meetings. A 5+ year GC background and Procore proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience with a General Contractor.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Sciences or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong understanding of the contract from project onset.
• Document project updates and log changes throughout construction.
• Establish purchasing plans and manage buyout decisions with strong negotiation.
• Support the Superintendent to maintain or improve the project schedule.
• Lead meetings with owners, architects, and contractors; capture minutes.
• Submit owner pay applications accurately and timely; manage subcontractor invoices.
