Job summary

gpac is seeking a Project Executive to oversee multiple cold storage construction projects from preconstruction through closeout in a leadership role. You will manage Project Managers and Superintendents, coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, and drive safety, schedule, budget, and quality outcomes.

• Strong understanding of cold storage building systems, insulated envelope construction, refrigeration coordination, and scheduling.
• Demonstrated success leading high-performing project teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
