Job summary

Blue Signal Search is seeking an accomplished Project Manager to lead large, technically demanding food and beverage facility projects from planning through turnover. You will coordinate field teams, trade partners, designers and customers around a clear execution plan to deliver on time, on budget, and to safety and quality standards.

You will own project financials, forecast profitability, and drive continuous improvement across the full lifecycle, including commissioning and closeout, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 10+ years of progressive construction project leadership experience, ideally on large/complex food & beverage facilities.
• Ownership of project budgets, forecasts, profitability, invoicing, and financial reporting.
• Advanced knowledge of scheduling, procurement, estimating, contracts, subcontract administration, and change management.
• Strong command of safety, quality, field coordination, and project delivery methods.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage competing priorities.
• Strong client communication, negotiation, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coach project personnel and drive accountability.
• Comfortable in a highly mobile project environment and travel as needed.
• Experience carrying project profit and loss responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex food & beverage facility projects from planning through turnover, coordinating schedules, field execution, commissioning, and closeout.
• Direct project financial and commercial performance, including forecasting, cost reporting, billing, cash flow, profitability, contract administration, and change management.
• Collaborate with field leadership to maintain safety, quality, constructability, site coordination, and issue resolution.
• Manage subcontractor and supplier strategy from bidding through commitments, oversight, and documentation.
• Coordinate designers, permitting authorities, and stakeholders to keep engineering, approvals, inspections, procurement, and construction moving.
• Maintain project controls across RFIs, submittals, drawings, schedules, meeting records, field changes, risk tracking, and turnover docs.
• Build trusted client relationships through clear progress, financial updates, risks, decisions, and recovery strategies.
• Lead and develop project personnel with clear expectations, accountability, and cross-site collaboration.
• Provide industry expertise during early planning and business development as required.

Skill Set:
