Job summary

WDS Construction, Inc. is seeking a driven Project Manager with experience in food & beverage and cold storage construction to deliver projects on time, within budget, and with uncompromising safety and quality.

You will lead projects from start to finish, manage budgets, scheduling, and purchasing, oversee subcontractors, and collaborate with teams to maintain WDS’s reputation for excellence. A four-year degree is preferred; Procore and Bluebeam experience highly valued; willingness to travel

Qualifications

• PM experience in general contracting required or strong
• Experience in retail and food & beverage/cold storage projects preferred
• Basic knowledge of construction trades and reading blueprints
• Strong communication and leadership skills

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as a Project Manager in a general contracting role
• Experience in retail and food & beverage/cold storage projects strongly preferred
• Four-year degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred, not required)
• Basic knowledge of all construction trades and ability to read blueprints
• Proficiency in Procore and Bluebeam project management tools
• Strong communication and leadership skills to guide teams and partners
• Willingness to travel nationwide as needed
