Job summary

Electrical Power Products (EP²), a Flex company, seeks a Project Manager to lead complex projects from planning through delivery in a manufacturing environment. You will coordinate engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams to meet schedules, budgets, and customer expectations.

Ideal candidates have a PM background with a bachelor's degree and PMP training, strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and PM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• PMP certification or formal project management training is highly desired.
• PM experience within manufacturing, electrical equipment, construction, industrial, or related industries.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initial planning through final delivery, ensuring schedule, cost, quality, and customer expectations are achieved.
• Manage multiple customer and internal projects simultaneously.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, and Operations.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Drive problem resolution and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to leadership and customers.
• Ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards.
