Job summary

Electrical Builders Inc. is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead scope evaluation, budgeting, and planning from concept through completion on high-voltage electrical construction projects.

The role involves close collaboration with clients, engineers, and subcontractors, with significant travel to project sites. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years in power generation or industrial electrical environments, proven onsite PM experience with P&L responsibility, and strong communication,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering preferred.
• 5–7 years knowledge in power generation services or industrial electrical.
• 3–5 years onsite construction project management with P&L responsibility.
• OSHA 30 or ability to obtain before start date.
• Willing to complete background check and drug test.
• Strong financial acumen and safety leadership.
• Experience with project estimating and project management software.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead scope evaluation and proposal development for projects.
• Coordinate project activities with clients, owners, subcontractors and company staff.
• Manage budgets, schedules, change orders, and technical specifications.
• Ensure project safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee project close-out, lessons learned and final reports.
• Travel and onsite project management as required.
• Mentor PM administrative staff and support clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain strong client relations and clear communications.
